今天长生诀用Navicat连接数据库出现2013错误，然后百度了一下发现很少人提起这个
由于MySQL数据库是手工安装的，而且外网权限也开了死活连不上，最后折腾了一下就解决了
解决方法：
修改MySQL数据库配置文件etc/my.cnf
在[mysqld]最下面添加
skip-name-resolve

然后重启MySQL服务
service mysqld restart
最后解决了
